Job summary

The Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager for our Marina theatre. You will support theatre operations across departments, train staff, and help ensure guest satisfaction while following Cinemark guidelines.

You'll participate in the Management Accreditation Program and have opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark MAP Core program within Management Accreditation.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state required certifications.
• Alcohol service training if applicable.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager directions and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their duties.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs needed.
• Ensures dress code compliance among staff.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and policies.
• Reports employee relations issues to General Manager.
• Adheres to safety protocols and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
