Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager for the San Antonio location. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of the theatre, ensuring policies are adhered to, and coaching Team Members. Successful candidates can advance within the company after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

The ideal Assistant Manager will have a friendly attitude, strong Guest service skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of management training courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational standards and policies are followed.
• Train and coach Team Members in job functions.
• Interact with Guests to ensure superior Customer service.
