Job summary

B&B Theatres in Athens, GA is seeking a friendly Theatre Staff frontliner to assist guests at concession and box office, delivering a positive, memorable experience.

You will work mainly evenings, weekends, and holidays, with cross‑department training and duties in guest service, sales, and cleaning. You must be at least 16, eager to provide excellent service, and ready to obtain required Food/ServSafe certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing and concessions.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concessions.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties and enforcing theatre policies.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service.
