Lansing Community College is seeking a part-time Testing Support staff member to deliver exceptional customer service to students, faculty and staff. You will administer and proctor exams, assist with documentation, and prepare exams for delivery in a fast-paced campus environment.
Work hours are up to 28 per week with evening or weekend coverage possible. Regular on-campus presence is expected, and flexible or hybrid schedules may be approved by the College.

The Part-Time Testing Support delivers exceptional customer service to students, faculty and staff who utilize Testing Services. Duties include administering and proctoring exams, assisting department staff in processing documentation and preparing exams for delivery, general clerical duties, and other related testing services for students, faculty and staff while maintaining excellent customer services.
Work assignments may be scheduled for evening and weekend coverage.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.
