Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 2 years of related experience, or an Associate’s degree may be preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills and strong written/oral communication.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, administer, and proctor tests for placement and coursework.
• Enter testing exemptions data accurately into the system.
• Provide back-up support to Library and Tutorial Services front-line operations as needed.
