Innovative Minds is hiring a Part-Time Test Proctor for the El Paso testing center. The role involves checking in candidates, setting up rooms, monitoring exams, and assisting with basic computer tasks. It requires passing a federal background check and starting shifts at 8:00 AM, with a set schedule and no nights.

No prior testing experience needed, we provide paid training. The position offers 25–28 hours per week, a stable schedule, and a supportive team with long-tenured staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office tech.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Check candidates in and verify identification.
• Prepare testing rooms and computer stations.
• Monitor exam sessions and maintain exam security.
• Help candidates with basic computer login and setup.
• Keep accurate testing records and report incidents or technical issues.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Assist with fingerprinting tasks as trained.
