Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Phoenix, AZ to greet examinees, verify IDs, and monitor exams while upholding strict testing policies. This part-time role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and security within a busy center.

You will work 20 hours per week with varying shifts 7am–10pm, including Saturdays; opportunities to grow within Prometric and gain comprehensive training and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain test center security and exam integrity.
• Perform security checks and monitor exams.
• Assist candidates and resolve issues with urgency.
• Maintain a clean and orderly test center environment.
• Record and report incidents according to policy.
