Job summary

Pearson VUE in St. Louis, MO is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator for our on-site test center. The role involves secure exam delivery and friendly customer service in a quiet environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible in work hours and days.
• Comfortable in a quiet testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each examination.
