Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in Portland, OR (Fox Tower, 805 SW Broadway). The role focuses on secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour plus accrual sick time, with schedules Monday through Saturday and 5–10 hours per week, potential for more hours if needed. The position is temporary through end of April 2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates and verify identification.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Ensure secure delivery of exams and maintain a quiet testing environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties (e.g., clean keyboards) after examinations.
