Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is a plus for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Represent Prometric's values and vision.
