Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Pittsburgh to serve as the face of Prometric at the test center. You will verify candidate IDs, monitor exams, and uphold exam integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work varied shifts. Part-time, 20 hours per week, with schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends in a site-open environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Monitor exams and maintain secure testing environment.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Escort candidates to and from testing room.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• Digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification, if applicable.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Safeguard test center from misconduct.
