Responsibilities include greeting candidates, applying security checks, and reporting issues with urgency while collaborating with center staff to maintain a compliant testing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience required, in person (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Monitor exams and enforce security policies.
• Maintain a safe, orderly test center environment.
• Assist candidates with testing procedures and questions.
• Record and report issues promptly to ensure exam integrity.
