Job summary

Linn-Benton Community College is seeking qualified candidates to join a pooled, on-going pool for Proctors and test administrators at the Albany and Corvallis campuses. These part-time, classified positions support test scheduling, receptionist duties, and security for testing procedures.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications (AA/AS or 1 year of related experience) and be able to work evenings or weekends as needed. Background checks and residency requirements apply.

Qualifications

• AA/AS; OR one year full time experience in test administration, teaching, training, counseling, or office management.
• Prior testing experience or experience working with confidential documents is desired.
• College courses in business, secretarial or related area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proctors and administers a variety of tests and assessments.
• Schedules appointments for a variety of testing procedures.
• Performs receptionist duties and provides campus information.
• Files records and reports daily and maintains secure materials.
• Maintains participatory counts and inventories for testing materials.
• Provides special proctor services for other departments and campuses.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
