Job summary

Linn-Benton Community College seeks a part-time proctor to administer tests, coordinate testing schedules, and provide accommodations and clerical support to students with disabilities. You will prepare materials, assist students with assistive technology, and help staff with testing logistics in a college environment.

Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience. Bilingual ability is preferred; candidates must meet Oregon residency requirements and comply with

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of mentoring/support experience.
• Must have the desire to work with students with disabilities and provide appropriate accommodations.
• Working knowledge of assistive technology is preferred.
• Background in education settings is preferred.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proctors and administers tests and schedules testing.
• Coordinates schedules for student testing and ensures accommodations are provided as requested.
• Prepares testing materials by scanning, copying, and formatting.
• Assists students with assistive technology on computers.
• Communicates procedures for disability services to individuals or groups.
• Performs other related duties to support testing and accommodations.
