Job summary

Linn-Benton Community College is seeking a part-time pool staffer to support late afternoon and evening operations on the Corvallis campus. The role focuses on student enrollment, registration assistance, and excellent customer service for staff, students, and the public.

Candidates should be prepared to work with the Student Navigator, update Banner records, and adapt to evolving processes in a community college setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications met per job posting, including relevant education and experience.
• Experience with college records software such as Banner is preferred.
• Ability to support enrollment and registration processes for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with late afternoon/evening campus operations and clerical tasks.
• Provide information, referrals, and support to new and returning students.
• Enter enrollments and guide students through registration steps.
• Support onboarding and enrollment processes with student navigators and staff.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and adapt to college procedures.
