You will work in a team-oriented branch, provide accurate service, and participate in training to expand your knowledge of deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers.

• 1–2 years teller or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the right colleague.
• Provide in-person and phone support with courteous service.
• Explain Rockland Trust products tailored to customer needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Make decisions with supervisor as knowledge grows.
• Coordinate with training and branch teams on responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
