Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of related experience required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members.
• Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refers Members to the appropriate team member to assess the Member's needs and gain agreement.
• Processes Member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
• Contributes to the departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency.
• All team members must comply with regulatory compliance and training requirements including BSA regulations.
