Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU in California is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) to deliver World Class service to members at our branch/service center locations. You will promote credit union products, process transactions across savings and loans, and assist with account maintenance, including changes of address and card orders.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of related experience, and may require a Notary license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services.
• Performs file maintenance including change of address, check orders, and ordering ATM cards.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements including BSA regulations.
