Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
• Ability to provide World Class member service.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Performs file maintenance including changes of address, check orders, and ATM card requests.
• Delivers consultative services to Members regarding credit union products by assessing needs.
