Job summary

SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union seeks a Teller (Member Service Representative I) in California to provide world-class member service by accurately handling transactions and sharing account information. This full-time, on-site role offers 25 scheduled hours weekly with a pay range of $22.33 to $32.38.

You’ll follow cash controls, deliver face-to-face service, and consult on credit union products, supporting members’ needs while aiming for accurate, efficient transactions and strong compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of prior related experience required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members.
• Follows cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and Member assets.
• Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refers Members to the appropriate team member to assess the Member's needs, address their concerns and gain agreement.
• Processes Member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
• Contributes to the departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.
