Job summary

You will balance cash drawers, greet members, process withdrawals, answer phones, and work toward teller referral goals. A high school diploma or GED and cash-handling experience are required; flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Balance checks and cash drawer daily; report discrepancies.
• Greet members; provide courteous, professional transactions to help meet financial goals.
• Manage time efficiently; seek opportunities to learn and grow.
• Demonstrate flexibility and positive attitude in complex situations.
• Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals after verification.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Meet and exceed teller referral goals.
• Follow safety procedures for robbery and emergencies; report suspicious activity.
