Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Part-Time Teller to welcome members and process a high volume of transactions accurately. You’ll promote LMCU products, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive branch experience through exceptional service.

You’ll handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions, while maintaining cash drawers and following security procedures. Prior cash handling and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year up to three years of related experience.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience leading to member retention through proactive engagement, building trusting relationships with members.
• Identify and address member needs, offering information and guidance about products and services that align with their financial goals.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
