Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• At least 1 year of banking experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provides welcoming environment and communicates professionally with customers and team.
• Delivers exceptional quality service and supports banking solutions.
• Performs teller tasks: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash checks, endorsements.
• Balances cash drawer and accounts for cash flow.
• Supports meeting branch goals and participates in training.
• Follows risk controls, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of BSA/OFAC/AML rules and internal controls.
