Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check in accordance with policy.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments.
• Promote bank products/services after assessing customer relationships.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Contribute to monthly new account production targets.
• Engage in an active sales environment, including in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and issue receipts; balance daily operations.
• Accept cash/checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit currency and IDs; record transactions accurately.
• Enter transactions, issue receipts, and handle money orders/wires/CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances; cross-sell services.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking clients.
• Attend as required; maintain regular and punctual attendance.
