Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑person client service and handle account transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and follow balancing guidelines.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer to a Banker.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
• Follow all bank policies and uphold ethical standards.
