Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a part-time Teller in East Haven, CT. You will provide in-person client service, handle teller transactions, and support clients with their needs, while guiding conversations toward financial wellness opportunities.

Role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus client service and cash handling experience. Flexible schedule, including Saturdays, is required. Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in a client service role required.
• Experienced in cash handling required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator required.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and realizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
• Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations, and then transition the client to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through financial wellness tools.
