Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide in-person service at the drive-thru or lobby.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and routine transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain consistency with receipts and records.
• Assist members with account questions and basic digital banking support.
