Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma and 6+ months in customer service or banking, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Some travel to nearby branches may be needed, and training on our financial systems is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service, cash handling, or banking.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn Symitar/Episys or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, courteous service to members in person and by phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash advances, and other account transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Open new accounts for existing members with full disclosure of products and fees.
• Close accounts following proper procedures and verification.
• Support branch management and assist with coin counter transactions.
• Complete assigned training sessions and stay current on policies and procedures.
