Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional in-person client service in our branch locations. You will welcome new and existing clients, assist with account transactions, and resolve servicing issues while guiding customers toward financial wellness opportunities.

As a teller, you will balance cash drawers, follow security procedures, and stay current on product guides and fees. You may be scheduled on Saturdays and will be encouraged to refer clients to bankers for deeper financial

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person teller services and handle account transactions.
• Listen for financial wellness needs and refer clients to a Banker when appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures daily.
• Maintain knowledge of products, fees, and policies to assist clients.
• Support Saturday operations as directed by management.
