Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a part-time Teller at the Rosholt branch to handle daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up, delivering outstanding client service and building relationships through referrals.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, and withdrawals; record night deposits; redeem savings bonds.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Handle additional transactions and prepare currency transaction reports.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using 360View.
• Process consumer credit card applications.
• Complete special requests: close accounts, order checks, exchange currency, provide statements.
• Reconcile cash drawer and maintain cash supplies.
• Follow security procedures, dual-control, audits, and proofs.
• Protect confidentiality of client information.
• Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge.
• Support teammates to deliver client service and meet goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and proficiency with client systems.
• Complete tasks accurately with minimal errors.
• Participate in volunteer activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
