Qualifications

• Frontline banking experience or customer-facing service required.
• Cash handling experience required or strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Handle a cash drawer with proper cash control and follow audit procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions and vault operations.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to appropriate teams.
