Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer following audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions and related entries.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate team.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations, policies, and internal controls.
