Job summary

Victra in the United States is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team and deliver friendly, world-class service to Every Guest. You will support account reviews, merchandising, and guest interactions while helping customers choose products and solutions in a fast-paced store environment.

You will contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere, provide product recommendations, and ensure smooth operations during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
