Job summary

Victra in the United States seeks a Sales Support Representative to help deliver world-class service every guest, every time. You will support sales processes, merchandising, and store operations in a fast-paced retail setting, shaping the in-store experience with product knowledge and friendliness.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year customer service, and availability evenings/weekends/holidays. NHU training within 30 days is required, with pre-hire assessment if applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• 18+ years of age and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Complete NHU training within 30 days of start date.
• Pass pre-hire assessment if required.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales processes and guest interactions during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to guests.
• Conduct account reviews and transfer data as needed.
• Create personal connections and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist team with guest queues, follow-through, and training onboarding.
