Job summary

Victra is seeking in-store Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to every guest. You will assist with merchandising, data transfers, and guest interactions to create a memorable experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in customer service, flexibility to work evenings and holidays, and legal eligibility to work in the United States. Training includes NHU within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring a positive visit.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to meet customer needs.
