Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to join our in-store team. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help connect guests to what matters most.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Relevant willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak season periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and other operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology.
