Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, and we are seeking a Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. In this part-time role, you will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and help create the ultimate in-store experience for customers.

You will work alongside peers to assist with account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions, building personal connections to make tech simple.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews and present product/service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech topics.
