Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Part-time Google Sales Associate to empower customers with brand products through device and product discovery in the Google Store.

You will greet customers, build trust, educate on features, and drive a memorable consumer experience while maintaining displays and collaborating with the Acosta Group.

Requires a High School diploma and 2+ years of retail experience with flexible 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
• Display effective communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Ability to demonstrate decision-making and problem-solving with professional judgment.
• Friendly and helpful, engaging in casual conversation with the consumer.
• Ability to promote excitement around the brands ownership and build loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of all the brand products to be a subject matter expert onsite.

Responsibilities

• Wednesday-Sunday open availability preferred and meet and greet customers at entrance.
• Build trust and authentic relationships with customers.
• Educate visitors on features and technical aspects of products.
• Listen to needs and provide product solutions aligned to personal use.
• Be an expert in payment solutions and product onboarding including device switching.
• Dr ive memorable consumer experiences by promoting newest devices and services.
• Maintain store displays and inventory integrity.
• Lead community education programs and workshops.
