Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Part-time Google Sales Associate to deliver a radically helpful consumer experience in the Google Store. You will be the brand expert on devices, software, and services, guiding customers through discovery and onboarding.

You will greet customers, educate them on features, troubleshoot basic issues, and support events and workshops while maintaining display and inventory standards. This role requires 20+ hours weekly with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Ability to listen, understand, and address customer needs.
• Friendly, helpful, and engaging in casual conversation with customers.
• Knowledge of brand products in order to educate and upsell when appropriate.
• Comfort with device setup, product onboarding, and troubleshooting basic issues.
