Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Part-time Google Sales Associate to excel in product discovery and customer empowerment in the Google Store. You will help customers understand devices, software, and third-party products within the brand's Better Together ecosystem.

As a part-time team member, you will educate visitors on features, stay current on products, and contribute to a memorable consumer experience through events and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Display effective communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making and professional judgment.
• Friendly and helpful, engaging in casual conversation with the consumer.
• Promote excitement around the brands ownership and build consumer loyalty.
• Onsite knowledge of all brand products to act as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at entrance, listen to needs and direct them appropriately.
• Educate visitors on features and technical aspects of products.
• Build trust and authentic relationships with customers.
• Educate visitors on payment solutions and product onboarding.
• Maintain visual and inventory integrity of store displays.
• Lead engaging community education programming and workshops.
