Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC in San Diego is hiring a Part-time Google Store Sales Associate to empower customers with deep knowledge of brand devices and services. In this role, you will greet customers, educate them on features, and build trust through personal interactions while driving a memorable in-store experience.

You will work 20+ hours per week with a flexible two-week schedule, and you’ll showcase the latest mobile devices and accessories from the brands.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and define the consumer specific needs and interests.
Maintain knowledge of all the brands products onsite – complete required training on current and upcoming products.
Ability to work 20 hours per week or more with a flexible two-week schedule.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers at entrance, listen to needs/interests and direct them appropriately.
Educate visitors on features, functionality, and technical aspects of products.
Build trust and authentic relationships with customers.
Lead engaging Community education programming and workshops.
Evangelize the brands products and services.
Drive a memorable and interactive consumer experience by promoting the newest brands devices and accessories.
