Job summary

Mosaic North America in New York is seeking a Full-time Google Sales Associate to deepen knowledge of Google's devices, software, and services and guide customers through discovery in the Google Store.

You will greet visitors, build relationships, demonstrate features, assist with onboarding and payments, and lead educational workshops while delivering a memorable, personalized experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Able to work 40+ hours weekly, flexible schedule.
• Bilingual and multilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entrance and assess needs.
