Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC, is hiring a Part-time Google Sales Associate to empower consumers through device discovery at the Google Store. You will become the product expert, drive a highly engaging shopper experience, and promote the latest devices and services in a collaborative team setting.

The role requires deep brand knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including Wednesday-Sunday availability in a Miami setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
• Display effective communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making skills and professional sound judgment.
• Friendly and helpful, engaging in casual conversation with the consumer.
• Ability to promote excitement around the brands ownership and build consumer loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of all the brands products onsite – complete required training on current and upcoming products.
• Ensure all designated KPIs are met or exceeded, including product training requirements.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work 20 hours per week or more, flexible to a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at entrance, listen to needs/interests and direct them appropriately.
• Educate visitors on features, functionality, and technical aspects of products.
• Lead engaging community education programming and workshops.
• Propagate brand products and services and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain visual and inventory integrity of store displays.
• Work closely with management and peers to deliver the best consumer experience.
• Drive a memorable consumer experience by promoting newest brand devices and services.
