Job summary

Collin College is seeking a Technology Specialist (Part-time) to provide technical support to faculty, staff, students and external organizations at the Frisco campus. You will troubleshoot AV equipment, set up events, and help with hardware, software, and wireless access issues.

The role requires an associate degree and 3 years of related work experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, students and external organizations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and audio-visual issues across campus sites.
• Set up, operate and tear down AV equipment for events and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with networking and campus event support as requested.
• Document tickets and maintain accuracy of inventory records.
