• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related computing work experience, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of computing and networks, and hardware/software in a distributed environment.
• Ability to install computer hardware and operate keyboards.
• Experience with AV systems and classroom technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level technical support for Faculty, Staff, Students, and Guests.
• Troubleshoot and repair A/V and digital signage systems and computers.
• Respond to user requests for technology assistance and training.
• Support campus events with technology and equipment.
• Coordinate daily activities of student staff and manage work orders.
