Grosgrain Vineyards in Woodinville and Walla Walla, WA is seeking warm, personable Tasting Room Associates for part-time roles. You’ll welcome guests, lead informative tastings, and share our wines and story to create memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates have tasting room or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a genuine enthusiasm for wine. Flexible weekday and weekend availability, with 16–22 hours per week and a Washington alcohol-serving credential or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience in tasting room, hospitality, or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift cases of wine or supplies.
• Valid authorization to serve alcohol in Washington State (or ability to obtain) along with a valid Food Worker Permit.
• Availability for approximately 16–22 hours per week.
• Willingness to work weekdays and Saturdays, including some holidays.

Part-Time Tasting Room Associate

Grosgrain Vineyards - Woodinville, WA and Walla Walla, WA

Grosgrain Vineyards is a winery dedicated to organic farming and wines of freshness and elegance, highlighting a broad range varieties including many that are unique or rare to our region.

We are looking for warm, personable, and team-oriented Tasting Room Associates to join our teams in both Woodinville and Walla Walla.

As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll be an important part of creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, loves wine, and takes pride in providing thoughtful, attentive service. We are passionate about connecting through storytelling and using our knowledge of wines to personalize the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests and create a warm atmosphere
• Lead engaging and informative wine tastings
• Share Grosgrain Vineyards’ wines and story with guests
• Assist guests with wine selections and purchases
• Build relationships with returning guests and wine club members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room

What We’re Looking For:

• Tasting room, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
• Genuine interest in wine and enthusiasm for learning
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Ability to work weekdays and Saturdays
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift cases of wine or supplies as needed, and work weekends, evenings, and some observed holidays
• Valid authorization to serve alcohol in Washington State (or ability to obtain) along with a valid Food Worker Permit
• Availability for approximately 16–22 hours per week
• Wine education or certifications are a plus, but we’re equally interested in someone with great hospitality instincts, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn.

Compensation

• $18-20/hour
• Tip share
• Part-time schedule of approximately 16–22 hours per week
