Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment or 5–6 years in a related role.
• Union recruitment experience preferred.
• Craft recruitment or direct craft/trade background.
• Strong sourcing and analytics skills.
• Proficient with online recruiting tools and ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and application materials.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Travel to events and career fairs.
• Engage with the public and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profiles.
• Prepare reports and track metrics for sourcing and screening.
• Travel to US project sites as needed.
• Understand Project Labor Agreements and their application.
