Bass Pro Shops in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Switchboard Operator/Receptionist for a part-time role. You will answer calls, assist customers, and support store operations with clerical tasks and scheduling for Management.

Responsibilities include directing inquiries, handling applications, maintaining bulletin boards, and staying informed about store layout, products, and events. Equal opportunity employer; benefits available.

Formación

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized POS and PBX systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answers and directs incoming phone calls in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Directs customer and associate questions and requests.
• Distributes applications to prospective new associates.
• Coordinates and schedules appointments for Management.
• Files, copies and performs clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintains associate bulletin boards and schedules.
• Maintains knowledge of store layout and products.
• Follows company policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
