Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Switchboard Operator / Receptionist to support a friendly, efficient front desk experience. You will handle calls, assist customers and associates, and keep the reception area organized and well stocked, while staying familiar with store layout and current promotions.

This part-time role emphasizes professional communication, accuracy in transactions, and collaboration with management to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent, customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate POS and PBX systems and handle payments accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Answers and directs incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Coordinates and schedules appointments for Management.
• Distributes applications to prospective new associates.
• Maintains bulletin boards and posts schedules.
• Keeps work area clean and well stocked with supplies.
