Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls at the Reception Desk / Switchboard.
• Direct customer and associate questions and requests.
• Distribute applications to prospective new associates.
• Coordinate and schedule management appointments.
• Files, copies and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain associate bulletin boards and post schedules.
• Remain familiar with store layout and product knowledge.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
